Administrative Support Specialist

Provides direct administrative and operational support to daily work of department leaders and staff. Effective meeting scheduling and management including calendar and time management. Organization of meeting materials, agendas, minutes, and other materials. Assisting with telephone, correspondence, and other communications. Preparing documents, reports, and presentations as requested in a timely, professional, and accurate manner. Coordinates operational and special projects with internal and external customers Serves as a liaison to the department while providing administrative support for department initiatives to achieve department goals and increase efficiency Additional Responsibilities Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards. For specific duties and responsibilities, refer to documentation provided by the department during orientation. Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients.
