About the Role
As a BCBA at ANNA,youll play a key role in developing and implementing individualized intervention plans using a neurodiversity affirming, NDBI approach. Youll supervise and train therapy staff, collaborate closely with families, and ensure the highest standard of care for each child. This role iscenter-basedand focused on delivering care to children ages18 months to 6 years.

Key Responsibilities
Assessment : Conduct assessments with clients to identify areas of strength and areas for growth.Develop & Implement Intervention Plans : Create individualized interventions based on assessment data to promote skill acquisition and reduce dangerous behaviors.Parent Support : Provide evidence-based parent training using a structured curriculum. Receive specialized training and ongoing supervision in an NDBI parent training approach.Supervision : Supervise a small team of 5-6 BTs with dedicated time for weekly group supervision and individual supervision meetings during work hours. Support BTs in delivering high quality clinical services.Collect Data & Analyze Progress : Use data collection software to track client progress and make data-driven decisions about intervention plans.Collaborate : Communicate regularly with families, colleagues, and clinical supervisors to enhance the overall intervention approach.Stay Current : Stay up to date with current best practices for young children with autism.Qualifications
BCBA Certification(Required)Experience working with young autistic children (under the age of 6)Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI) experiencepreferred (e.g., ESDM, PRT, JASPER).Commitment to learning and working within aneurodiversity-affirmingenvironmentCompensation & Benefits
