What You’ll Do :

Program and operate HAAS 4-axis CNC lathes to produce high-precision parts

Use G-code / M-code to develop and optimize CNC programs

Work closely with engineering and design to interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Utilize Autodesk Fusion 360 CAM (or similar software) to program and fine-tune machining strategies

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to keep operations running smoothly

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

What You Bring :

Proven experience programming and running CNC lathes, preferably HAAS (2-4 axis)

Strong knowledge of G-code, M-code, and machining best practices

Proficiency in Fusion 360 CAM or similar CAM software

Solid manual machining skills are a plus

A sharp eye for detail, and a problem-solver’s mindset

Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with the team
