Join Us as an RBT

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you’ll provide hands-on support to participants while helping to implement thoughtful, individualized care rooted in respect, dignity, and real-world goals.

What You'll Do

• Under the supervision of a behavior analyst and our clinical team, you will effectively implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and will collect and record data to monitor progress.
• You will aid clients with everyday activities that include light housekeeping, meal preparation, running errands, and helping to create or provide personal hygiene routines.
• You will assist with medication administration and provide transportation to clients when needed.
• You will actively seek clinical direction from your supervisor in a timely manner and collaborate with parents / caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure consistency and continuity of care during and outside of sessions.
• You will adhere to ethical guidelines regarding professional conduct and scope of practice.
