Teaching and Learning Coordinator

A company is looking for a Teaching and Learning Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with educators and administrators through various interactions to promote product usage

Track and analyze usage metrics to identify growth opportunities and drive user adoption

Manage inquiries from prospective customers and connect promising leads with regional Account Executives

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in education, sales, customer success, or a related field (two years preferred)

Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting

A passion for education and a desire to assist educators and students

Familiarity with educational technology platforms is a plus

A college degree is preferred
