Solutions Architect (Washington)

Gridiron IT is searching for a Top Secret cleared Solution Architect near DC (e.g. able to go on-site once a week). Willing to entertain a really experienced UiPath Developer who can be trained in a couple of weeks to become an SA.

Responsibilities

• Lead UiPath Professional Services engagements with a team of 2‑5 resources.
• Provide technical guidance, design and oversight during the initial stages of an implementation and at critical milestones.
• Identify and qualify RPA developers, business analysts and solution architects to deliver on professional services engagements.
• Develop sustainable solutions with the team of developers to drive customer adoption.
• Mentor technical engineers looking to grow their careers in RPA.
• Develop a deep understanding of the UiPath Platform and its functionalities.
• Become an evangelist of UiPath by identifying client needs and showcasing the best solution.
• Identify out‑of‑the‑box opportunities to expand the UiPath ecosystem.

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range : $210,000 – $220,000 (subject to various factors; may be modified in the future).

Benefits : Medical, dental, vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), disability & ADD insurance, life and pet insurance. Full‑time and part‑time employees working at least 30 hours per week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Gridiron benefits programs.
