The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of working in construction and/or transportation.

They thrive in a fast paced and a team oriented environment.

They get excited about construction projects as well as completing assignments on time.

An individual who will do well in this position is self oriented, organized, a great communicator, and approachable.

Comfortable working within a team environment at the project site.

Key Responsibilities/Skills

Prepares and submits customer invoices.

Code, post invoices in accounting system.

Research and solve payment discrepancies.

Documents financial transactions by entering account information.

Maintains financial security by following internal control.

Process weekly accounts payable payments in accounting system.

Check, verify and enter invoices for payment.

Sort, code and enter accounts payable data.

Analyze discrepancies and unpaid invoices.

Collect, confirm, and process timesheets.

Provide administrative support for the Accounting Supervisor.

Find and use accounting data to resolve accounting problems and discrepancies.

Perform filing and general administrative tasks.

Other duties as assigned
