We are developing the future of Army Aviation with the Bell Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) part of the US Army's Future Vertical Lift (FVL) modernization effort. We are also developing the Bell 525 Relentless and Bell's High-Speed Vertical Take-Off and Landing (HSVTOL) program, a next generation stop-fold tiltrotor. This position is at a Fort Worth area site.

This position leads the strategic alignment of process design, planning, and execution with Bell's innovation and production goals. This role oversees a team of planning managers, driving cross-functional collaboration, resource optimization, and the adoption of advanced technologies. With a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement, the position ensures seamless integration of manufacturing workflows and achievement of key performance targets.

What you'll be doing as a Senior Manager, Planning :

• Develop and execute long-term strategies for manufacturing process design, planning, and execution to ensure alignment with Bell's innovation goals and production objectives.
• Lead and mentor the Manager of Part Process and four Managers of Planning, ensuring their teams are equipped to deliver on tactical day-to-day operations while driving continuous improvement and innovation.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure seamless integration of process design, planning, and execution across metallic and composite fabrication workflows.
• Allocate resources effectively across teams to balance research and development, process design, and production planning priorities.
• Drive the adoption of advanced digital systems, automation, and connected worker technologies to enhance manufacturing efficiency and scalability.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor team performance, ensuring targets for producibility, process certification, and operational excellence are met.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with process design and planning, ensuring compliance with industry standards and Bell's quality expectations.
