[job_card.job_description]Conduct outreach to potential destination partners through phone calls and emails. Communicate Wander's value proposition and benefits to potential partners. Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to move them through the sales funnel. Utilize HubSpot CRM to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, contacts, and interactions. Assist in creating and updating sales reports and dashboards to track progress and performance. Help in segmentation and targeting of leads for personalized outreach. Attend planning meetings with the sales and marketing teams to contribute ideas and insights. Take meeting notes and assist in organizing action items and follow-ups. Analyze marketing and sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Generate reports on campaign performance and lead conversion rates. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a passion for sales and marketing. Proficiency in using CRM software, preferably HubSpot (prior experience is a plus). Basic knowledge of marketing principles and strategies. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Hands-on experience in sales and marketing within the travel industry. Exposure to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Opportunities to contribute your ideas and make a meaningful impact. Key Responsibilities :
1. Campaign Planning and Execution :
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to brainstorm and develop creative marketing campaigns.
- Assist in creating campaign content, including social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Execute marketing campaigns and monitor their performance to ensure they meet objectives.
