Heritage Oaks is seeking a to join our team! The Psychologist will provide psychological assessments, therapy, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans. This role is essential in supporting mental well-being of our patients and promoting positive outcomes.

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the care team.

Qualifications

Education: Doctoral degree (Ph.D or Psy.D) in Psychology from an accredited institution.

Experience: A minimum of three (3) years experience in a psychiatric health-care facility preferred.

Licensure: California State License by the Board of Psychology, unrestricted and in good standing.

Additional Requirements: CPR certification and successful completion of Handle with Care (HWC) training (provided in-house), including appropriate use of Seclusion and Restraint, within days of employment, and prior to assisting in a restraining process.
