Work in a project-based (custom made) manufacturing environment. Perform assembly, disassembly, and refurbishment of hydraulic equipment. Troubleshoot issues and identify solutions. Communicate with supervisors, engineers, project managers, and other personnel daily. Maintain adherence to strict quality and safety standards. Be able to multi-task and shift priorities as conditions warrant. What You Bring : 3-5 years mechanical experience with hydraulic equipment (valves, cylinders, pumps, actuators, etc.)Metal fabrication experience including drilling, tapping, grinding, and cutting. Experience in a made to order manufacturing environment. Ability to follow procedures and engineering drawings. Thorough understanding of mechanical systems.
