Key Responsibilities
Oversee Dayforce configuration, integrations, reporting, and system performance
Manage system governance and data integrity across all People systems
Lead system upgrades and optimization projects to enhance efficiency and usability
Required Qualifications
8-10 years of progressive HRIS experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Hands-on expertise with Dayforce, including configuration and payroll integration
Experience managing HR system implementations and upgrades across multiple geographies
Strong understanding of HR business processes and data compliance
Experience leading projects to improve process efficiency and system usability
