A company is looking for a SharePoint Administrator responsible for providing technical support for the SharePoint environment and understanding business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Support M365 solutions and provide SharePoint administration for both online and on-premise environments
Assist in defining and implementing global standards and manage product life cycle for customer support
Work on service requests and tickets while ensuring compliance with SLAs in the ITSM system
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience with SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and Office 365
Demonstrated experience with PowerShell scripting or equivalent
Knowledge of Windows 2008 or later server infrastructures
Minimum of 2 years' experience with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
