Key Responsibilities
Own and manage Landing Zone Accelerator (LZA) and Proactive Health Check (PHC) best practices
Collaborate with global Customer Experience teams to validate and evolve best practices based on customer insights
Define and maintain architectural and operational standards for customer adoption of the platform
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or equivalent work experience
7+ years of experience in customer support and technical program management
Strong technical background with the ability to convey complex subject matter
Experience in SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS environments
Understanding of Data Cloud fundamentals and concepts
