Job Description

The right candidate for the assistant manager position is someone who is comfortable working with other people and possesses the skills necessary to get the job done right. The assistant manager is responsible to support the General Manager in all tasks upon request, such as :

• Building the weekly schedule
• Placing truck orders
• Recording and analyzing weekly inventory
• Employee coaching and discipline
• Quarterly employee reviews
• Hiring new staff members
• Hours per week : 35-45
• Reports to : General Manager

This position is fully accountable for the profitable operation of a Firehouse Subs Restaurant while adhering to all company guidelines and regulations.
