Accountant

Our client, a reputable organization dedicated to community development, is seeking an Accountant to join their team. As an Accountant, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting the accounting operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Pay Range : $30hr.-$40hr.
• Shift :
• 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday
• What's the Job?
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently and accurately
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
• Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review
• Assist with payroll processing and related tasks when applicable
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
• What's Needed?
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial software applications
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with payroll is a plus
