A company is looking for a Manager of Compliance Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of compliance requests, ensuring timely communication and documentation for clients and banking partners

Build strong relationships with clients and banking providers to streamline compliance processes

Oversee compliance operations from transaction monitoring to KYC / AML documentation, ensuring system integrity and reporting accuracy

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in operations, preferably in fintech, payments, or financial services

Experience in building relationships with clients and financial institutions

Ability to anticipate and prioritize compliance requests effectively

Experience in designing scalable processes for compliance operations

Strong reporting skills, including the ability to create and maintain dashboards
