A company is looking for an Escrow Management Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and develop a team of escrow specialists, providing performance feedback and career progression planning
Manage daily escrow workflow, ensuring timely completion of escrow analysis functions and regulatory compliance
Conduct quality control reviews and analyze operational trends to inform strategy and improve outcomes
Required Qualifications
4-6 years of experience in mortgage servicing with knowledge of escrow operations, including 2 years in a supervisory role
Experience with Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and Ginnie Mae loan products and guidelines
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities focused on process optimization
Proficiency with mortgage servicing systems and tools
Minimum education requirement : High school diploma or GED equivalent
