Master’s degree in School Counseling, Counseling or a related field, active School Counselor license and 1+ years School Counselor experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity is available for a dedicated counselor to support K-2 students at an elementary school in Plano, TX. This full-time, onsite contract role runs through May 29, 2026, providing essential guidance and support to young learners during their formative years. The position offers a structured Monday through Friday schedule, with typical hours from either 7 : 30 AM to 4 : 00 PM or 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide counseling services tailored to elementary-aged children, focusing on social, emotional, and academic development.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to address students' diverse needs.
• Implement programs that promote positive behavior and conflict resolution.
• Manage a caseload of K-2 students, conducting individual and group sessions.
