We are looking for someone who is able to:

• Clean and prepare vegetables, fruits, and other foods for cooking and packaging
• Operate tools and kitchen equipment according to prescribed safety standards
• Follow established procedures to meet high standards of cleanliness, health, and safety
• Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work
• Use a computer to check emails on Outlook and complete timecards
• Work in a fast paced environment
• Comfortably drive a delivery van

What you will typically be responsible for:

• Packaging meals for several sites
• Preparing food items in large batches
• Ensuring food deliveries from vendors are properly stored
• Preparing ingredients following recipes and guidelines
• Reporting equipment malfunctions for the purpose of notifying the supervisor of need for repair and/or replacement
• Ensuring ingredients are tagged, dated and labeled, covered, stored, and rotated effectively
• Being available to support with delivery to sites if needed
