Salary :

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Polisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for grinding, polishing, and finishing concrete surfaces to achieve high-quality, durable, and aesthetically pleasing results. This role requires attention to detail, knowledge of concrete finishing techniques, and the ability to operate specialized equipment safely.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prepare concrete surfaces by cleaning, repairing cracks, spalls and nail popouts.
  • Operate grinders, polishers, and other equipment to achieve desired finish.
  • Apply densifiers, sealers, and dye to enhance durability and appearance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper use of PPE.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
  • Communicate with clients and team members to meet project specifications.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure polished surfaces meet required standards.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in concrete polishing or related field, with minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
  • Ability to operate heavy polishing equipment and hand tools, knowledge of Husqvarna tolling is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of concrete finishing techniques and materials.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on feet for extended periods.
  • There will be some out-of-town travel.
