The Role

This position blends executive assistance with quality control . You'll help plan and structure the founder's day, manage communication across departments, oversee deliverables, and make sure every client project meets RXR's high standards.

You'll coordinate schedules, review campaign materials before they're sent, track fulfillment, communicate with vendors or post offices when needed, and maintain organized systems inside Google Sheets Notion , and GoHighLevel

Who You Are

• Full-time availability, Monday–Friday (U.S. hours).
• Exceptionally organized and reliable.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Confident calling vendors or post offices when needed.
• Comfortable managing details and keeping others accountable.
• Naturally proactive — the kind of person who notices small things before being asked.
