Job Summary :

To deliver new personalization capabilities for Onboard Products :

Personalization Recommendation Engine : Will create look-a-like personalization ML models for personalizing content of onboard products on the Digital App & Web.

Will include real-time model serving of recommendations through an end-point and may include natural language search using LLMs.

PROPEL Targeted Offer Enhancements : To support AI modelling for creating Targeted Offers (e.g. offer testing & refining Propensity / Uplift models) to drive up onboard product penetration with Guests.

NOTE : Needs experience in serving models in Real-Time or API serving. Azure / Databricks experience is preferred
