Beacon Hill was founded to set a new standard in search, career placement and flexible staffing. Our client has a need for an Operational Accounting Manager on a contract to hire basis. This role is remote, but has to sit in Colorado. General Responsibilities include :

• Reports to the Corporate Controller as a key member of the Accounting Team
• Manages the full operational accounting cycle
• Oversees accounts receivable processing
• Account reconciliations
• Ensures accuracy of financial records
• Compliance with GAAP
• Timely application of payments
• Integrity of the general ledger
• Collaborates with other teams to exchange information, resolve discrepancies, drive process improvements, and maintain audit readiness
