Marketing Manager

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote services across multiple locations.
• Build and maintain strong referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, and community partners.
• Coordinate community outreach, events, and educational seminars to promote services and strengthen brand recognition.
• Analyze referral patterns and marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Partner with leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals, including service line growth and new location launches.
• Partner to create promotional materials and oversee brand consistency across all platforms.
• Manage vendor and advertising relationships, ensuring cost-effective strategies.
• Partner to manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, website updates, online reputation, and patient engagement campaigns

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred. Relevant work experience may be substituted for formal education.
• 3–5 years of marketing experience (healthcare or medical practice experience strongly preferred).
• Strong understanding of referral development and healthcare marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.
