The Merrimack is seeking a well-seasoned Branch & Business Development Manager to lead our retail banking team at our Henniker, NH branch. The successful applicant will demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism, be a team-player with strong leadership skills and have the ability to change direction to meet business banking needs.

Salary negotiable based on level of experience

Branch & Business Development Manager : $61,500 - $76,500

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Oversees accountability of full-service branch and conducts business development to meet branch and bank goals
• Creates and sustains growth by accumulating strong external business partnerships through community involvement and business development
• Motivates, monitors and coaches internal team members and provides consistent ongoing support
