Summary

Duties

As an infant teacher in a daycare, your duties would include providing a nurturing and safe environment for the babies, attending to their basic needs, such as feeding, diapering, and naptime, engaging them in age-appropriate activities to support their development, and maintaining open communication with parents. Your love and care will play a vital role in their early years!

Requirements

To be an infant teacher in a daycare, you would typically need a high school diploma or equivalent, along with relevant experience working with infants or young children. Additional requirements may include CPR and First Aid certification, a background check, and completion of early childhood education courses. A nurturing and patient personality, along with excellent communication skills, are also important for this role.

Nice To Haves

Having a passion for working with infants and a genuine love for their well-being is essential as an infant teacher. It would also be nice to have strong observation skills to understand each child's unique needs and development, creativity to plan engaging activities, and patience to handle challenging situations.
