A company is looking for a Proposal Writer to support the creation, coordination, and delivery of high-quality proposals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage RFP, RFI, and proposal intake, including organizing documents and preparing timelines
Draft responses for RFPs, RFIs, and standard proposals, ensuring content accuracy and compliance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and maintain the internal RFP response library
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
2-5 years of experience in proposal writing, RFP coordination, or a similar content-focused role
Experience in healthcare, PBM, insurance, or another regulated industry is helpful but not required
Prior experience collaborating with cross-functional teams preferred
Experience with CRM systems or proposal automation tools is a plus
