Position Overview :

This role allows you to float between Emergency Department Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support units, enhancing your clinical skills in a dynamic environment. You will work full-time on the third shift (7 PM - 7 AM) with a self-scheduled workload and minimal holiday rotation.

Your Responsibilities :

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Adapt to different unit workflows while maintaining a standard of clinical excellence.
• Anticipate and react promptly to changes in patient condition, and collaborate with healthcare team members.
