Starting Salary Range : AJCR $1,208-$1,344 per credit hour and in accordance with the adjunct table and determined based on relevant years of work experience provided on application and resume.

Position Summary : The Adjunct Assistant Professor, Certified Nurse Aide, is responsible for facilitating class lectures, labs, and clinical instruction of health occupations students during fall, spring, and / or summer semesters.

Required Qualifications :

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Kansas, or Multi-State Licensure, or have the qualifications to obtain licensure in Kansas as a Registered Nurse.
• 2 -5 Years of experience as a nurse in long-term care nursing.
• Experience in supervising CNAs and / or LPNs.
• Continuing education about person-centered care.
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Comfortable with technology.
