Salary Range : $83,200.00 - $93,184.00

Join our dedicated team as a Clinical Nurse in our Critical Care Float Pool, where you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care. In this dynamic position, you will assess, coordinate, and manage the needs of patients throughout their acute care episodes, ensuring a smooth transition to discharge.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, performing treatments, and documenting care as per company policy and regulations.
• Ordering, interpreting, and evaluating diagnostic tests to accurately assess patients' conditions.
• Continuously assessing and evaluating patients' needs and their responses to care.
• Applying sound nursing judgment to make informed patient care management decisions.
• Providing primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administering medications as ordered, including over-the-counter and prescription medications.
• Collaborating with the nursing team to develop and implement patient-centric Plans of Care.
• Directing and guiding ancillary personnel while upholding high standards of professional nursing.
