Mission Microwave Technologies was founded in 2014 to revolutionize the next generation of Solid-State Power Amplifiers (SSPAs) and Block Upconverters (BUCs). Purpose / Summary :

The Electrical Engineer is responsible for the design, development, and sustainment of high-reliability RF electronic hardware used in defense, aerospace, and mission-critical applications. This role owns electrical design execution from concept through production and ensures products meet stringent performance, quality, and compliance requirements.

The Electrical Engineer plays a critical role in delivering robust, repeatable designs that align with Mission Microwave’s commitment to technical excellence, manufacturability, and long-term program success.

Key Responsibilities

Electrical Design & Product Development

• Design and develop RF electronic products from concept, schematic, and layout through test, qualification, and manufacturing release
• Create electrical architectures for RF, AC / DC power, and monitoring & control (M&C) circuitry
• Perform electrical analysis at the board and component level to validate performance, margins, and reliability
• Support design reviews, technical trade studies, and engineering change activity

PCB Design & Analysis

Test, Validation & Troubleshooting

Manufacturing & Cross-Functional Support

Quality, Compliance & Documentation
