Program Manager

A company is looking for a Program Manager to provide support through program management in various functional areas.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure well-documented policies, workflows, program controls, and best practices for respective programs

Manage program budgets and support project prioritization

Collaborate with stakeholders to uphold governance standards and track performance metrics

Required Qualifications

At least 4 years of Program and / or Project management experience or equivalent education and experience

Experience in Operational Process Improvement

Managed Care experience, preferably in a shared service or matrixed environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Visio

Strong presentation skills
