Radiology Physician

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Radiologist for a Locum Tenens opportunity at our Cooperstown, NY location. The ideal candidate will possess a strong diagnostic skill set and be comfortable handling a varied caseload of CT, US, MRI, and Plain films.

IR is 60% IR / 40% DX.

This position offers a Monday to Friday schedule with no call requirements. The average patient load ranges from 70-100 per day, depending on the type of mixture. Our facility utilizes EPIC for charting, McKesson PACS for imaging, and Nuance Power scribe 360 for voice recognition dictation.

Dates Needed : Ongoing

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM

Shifts Times : 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM with a 30-minute lunch break.

Will consider varied dates / schedule? Week blocks only.

Average Patients / Shift : 70-100 / day depending on the type of mixture (CT, US, MRI, Plain films). Some days may involve a predominance of one category, while others may have a more varied mixture. US includes OB.

Call Required : No call.

Types of Cases : Caseload includes a mixture of CT, US, MRI, and Plain films. Cases may vary each day, and the load is dependent on the type of mixture.

Caseload (peds, adult, geriatric, etc.) : 70-100 / day depending on the type of mixture.

Any Procedures Required : Dx Only

Support Staff : N / A

Must be Board Certified BC Radiology

Provider Specialties Considered : Strong Dx Skill Set / IR will be 60% IR 40% DX.

Required Certifications :

• ABR
• NYS License

Charting (EMR System, paper charts?) :

Rate $325-$425 an Hour

Includes tail coverage, travel and lodging.
