Key Responsibilities :

Coordinate daily shipments for various customers.

Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers and facilities.

Track and trace loads; provide clear and timely updates.

Negotiate carrier rates when needed.

Collect documents such as BOLs, PODs, and photos when applicable.

Assist with billing and invoicing support.

Troubleshoot issues like delays, accessorials, or service disruptions.

Build and maintain relationships with trusted carriers.

Support the operations team with general logistics tasks.

Requirements :

Logistics, dispatch, or transportation experience (3PL preferred).

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.

Problem-solving mindset with a sense of urgency.

Comfortable using TMS systems, email, phone, and basic computer applications.

Dependable, team-oriented, and proactive.
