A company is looking for a Business Immigration Attorney who can work remotely to handle the preparation and filing of employment-based immigration cases.

Key Responsibilities

Diligently prepare cases, legal strategies, and cover letters

Manage various projects and deadlines while preparing and revising documents

Research unique legal issues and stay up-to-date on legislative changes affecting immigration

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited US law school and admission to a US state bar in good standing

High-level organizational skills

Adaptability and willingness to learn across various practice areas

Ability to independently work on daily tasks with minimal supervision

Strong analytical skills
