POSITION : Controller

REPORTS TO : VP of Finance

POSITION CLASSIFICATION : Full Time – Salary, Exempt

POSITON DESCRIPTION : Part of a staff of 5 to provide financial statements and analysis for 6 locations nationwide in Tampa, FL as well as worldwide headquarters located in Europe.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES :

• Monthly accounting close, including preparing financial statements and review of variances
• Financial reporting for Senior Management and worldwide headquarters
• Bridge the gap between the business needs and the technical aspect of the ERP system
• Spearhead ERP upgrades and implementations for Finance Department
• Work closely with business partners to implement and integrate reporting systems and enhancements.

Develops best practices for report deployments.

Fixed Assets

Solid background and experience preferred

ESSENTIAL SKILLS :

manufacturing environment preferred

Strong Excel skills required - Pivot tables / V-lookups / If statements / nested if
