As a Driver / Lead with our company, you will interview couriers at the end of the night in ordee to reconcile all shipments and organize Material Handling (personnel and equipment) to meet customer requirements in receiving and shipping. Ensures strict adherence to company standards and policies. Provides excellent communication and empowerment to all team members. As well as when needed you will complete deliveries and pick-ups of a route area, Routes and vehicles will be assigned as needed and may vary. Responsibilities will include; operating a handheld electronic scanner; following all established guidelines and procedures in sorting and loading assigned vehicle; Identifying and organizing delivery stops; complying with delivery procedures and Instructions; and driving in a safe manner within speed limits and in compliance with local traffic laws. Physical requirements Include : the ability to safely operate a motor vehicle; repetitively lifting and moving shipments of 40 pounds, and few up to 70lbs. Unauthorized passengers in your delivery vehicle are not allowed at any time. Company vehicles are never to be used for personal reasons.

• HOURS : Full time : Start time : 1 : 30pm. Until close : 8 : 30pm~9 : 30pm. Hours vary based on season and company's needs.
