Registered Dental Hygienist – Taylor Brook Dental Associates – Auburn, ME

Full Time or Part Time

Schedule

Full-time or part-time flexibility, with a dedicated lunch hour and no pressure to clock out early.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide thorough dental cleanings and periodontal therapy
• Conduct oral health assessments and take radiographs
• Apply preventive treatments (sealants, fluoride, etc.)
• Educate patients on home care and preventive practices
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records
• Partner with the doctor and team to ensure excellent patient care

Requirements

Active RDH license in Maine

Current CPR / BLS certification

Strong clinical skills with a gentle, patient-centered approach

Team player with excellent communication skills

Eaglesoft experience is a plus

Pay & Compensation

We offer a highly competitive package designed to support your success and well-being :

Production-based salary of $93,000–$105,000 / year with generous bonuses

Generous monthly bonus structure

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus for Part Time, $10,000 for Full Time
