A company is looking for a Tax Manager to oversee U.S. federal, state, and local tax compliance and planning.
Key Responsibilities
Manage U.S. federal, state, and local income tax compliance and coordinate with external tax advisors
Support international tax compliance, reporting, and planning, including transfer pricing
Assist in tax planning initiatives related to acquisitions and new business activities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
6+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting and / or a corporate environment
Solid understanding of U.S. federal and state income tax rules and ASC 740
Experience supporting audits and working with external tax firms
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial systems (e.g., NetSuite or similar ERP)
