Please note : This is a contingent opportunity pending contract award.  Qualified candidates will be contacted upon contract award.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Provide oversight of the team's tasks.
• Assign task, schedules and responsibilities for task completion and execution and ensure all work efforts are in compliance with HSEEP guidelines
• Shall collect, maintain, analyze and collate the project task management data necessary for comparison of contractor progress and status. At a minimum, this data shall include :
• Description of activities and deliverables during the current month for the effort.
• The descriptions shall include problem definitions and recommendations for problem resolutions. Attention shall be given to risk management activities.
• Trips, technical visits and related results.
• Planned activities for the next month including data to be submitted.
• Personnel reassignment impacting the effort.

Minimum Qualifications :

A Bachelor's degree in management, a related field, or comparable experience.

Must be certified in project management within 90 days of contract award.

A minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience in areas of project management.

5 years of experience planning and executing Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) compliant or Department of Defense (DoD) comparable exercises.
