Key Responsibilities
Lead human-centered design efforts to clarify complex problems and deliver balanced solutions
Design and optimize conversational flows for digital touchpoints, ensuring they are intuitive and member-focused
Facilitate co-design workshops and lead design thinking activities with diverse stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Psychology, Human Factors, or Interaction Design
2-4 years of experience designing conversational systems or user experiences at scale
A strong portfolio showcasing conversational experiences, including flows and metrics
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools, conversational AI platforms, and project management tools
Strong data fluency and ability to use insights to guide design decisions
