As we prepare to open our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in early 2026, we’re seeking an exceptional dental assistant to join our elite clinical team.

This is not an entry-level position. We’re looking for a professional who has mastered the job .  Someone who can think one step ahead of the doctor, bring calm confidence to the operatory, and uphold the standard of excellence that defines our brand.

What You’ll Do

As a clinical cornerstone of our team, you’ll :

• Partner directly with the doctor in advanced restorative, surgical, and implant procedures
• Set up, assist, and break down operatories with precision and speed — always ready ahead of schedule
• Deliver a seamless patient experience with empathy, communication, and grace
• Oversee sterilization and lab protocols to perfection
• Anticipate clinical needs before they’re spoken
• Mentor junior assistants and support team calibration across departments
• Contribute to treatment flow, efficiency, and morning huddle preparation
