Job Description

As a Security Officer - Tech Site  in Phoenix, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech / Media / Telecom, and more. As a patrol unarmed officer in a dynamic tech and media environment, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents. This driving post offers the opportunity to remain visible throughout the location while providing outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and / or suspicious behavior.
  • Maintain awareness of the unique needs and environment of a technology-focused location while performing patrols and security-related tasks.
  • Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences encountered during patrols.
  • Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and on-site personnel to address security-related concerns and support a secure environment.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
