Job Title : Bilingual Sales Manager

Blue Fig USA is the largest authorized retailer of Cricket Wireless in Florida, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and a superior sales experience. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
• Train and develop sales associates to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the industry.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
• Analyze sales performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.

Skills and Qualifications :

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (or another language) is required.

Proven experience in sales management or a similar role.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Familiarity with retail sales processes and customer service best practices.

Requirements :

EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE :

High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.

Retail sales management or customer service management experience.

Proven leadership skills.

Demonstrated ability to meet / exceed sales quotas.

SALARY / BENEFITS :

Base Salary Range $15.00 hourly

Base + Commission (Hourly Pay and Commission Paid Weekly)

Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance Benefits are eligible after 60 days
