POSITION SUMMARY

The Production Analyst is a technical role that requires strong collaboration, communication, and technical skills. The Production Analyst will work across different software to evaluate orders, plan demand, and report plans to executive leadership for AirLife’s Phoenix Distribution Center, our largest owned Distribution Center. The Analyst will be responsible for partnering with the Operational Excellence team in the facility. They will identify barriers to maximizing production, lead Kaizen events, and complete projects to eliminate those barriers. This is an opportunity for an ambitious, technically proficient professional to further develop their production planning skills and use their strong personal skills to promote efficient distribution of life-saving medical devices.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities :

• WMS experience required.
• Salespad experience required.
• ERP system experience required, experience with Koerber preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex warehouse problems and solutions to diverse audiences, specifically warehouse teams, corporate executive leadership, and other internal customers.
• Lean Six Sigma experience required. Kaizen leadership experience preferred.
• Microsoft Suite experience required.
• Demonstrated ability communicate in a timely manner in person and online.
• Experience using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, etc.) to enhance productivity, automate routine tasks, and improve quality of work output preferred.
