Position Overview :

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Account Directorto join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agency account management and an understanding of digital marketing, websites, marketing automation platforms, and various marketing channels. Youll serve as the bridge between clients and our internal teams, ensuring the successful execution of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Develop and manage strategic marketing plans in collaboration with creative, media, and digital teams
  • Oversee day-to-day project timelines, deliverables, and budgets
  • Monitor campaign performance and collaborate with the performance marketing team to prepare regular reports and insights for clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution across all marketing channels
  • Foster strong client relationships built on trust, responsiveness, and results
  • Manages budgets, scopes, and may supervise AEs or ACs.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in an advertising or marketing agency environment
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, websites, email marketing, social media, and marketing automation principles
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in healthcare, senior living, financial services or related service-based industries is highly preferred
