Job Overview

Blake Clotia is hiring a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our high-performance millwork team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC equipment to fabricate high-quality architectural millwork and cabinetry components. From interpreting digital CAD files to ensuring millwork precision and maintaining safety standards, you’ll play a critical role in our fabrication process. Key Responsibilities

Operate CNC routers, beam saws, and other CNC machinery to fabricate wood components.

Interpret blueprints, CAD files, fabrication drawings, and cut-lists with accuracy.

Set up, calibrate, and program machines for daily operations.

Load and unload materials while adhering to all safety procedures.

Conduct in-process and final inspections for quality assurance.

Perform routine machine maintenance and minor troubleshooting.

Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment.

Communicate effectively with engineers, project managers, and shop team members.

Qualifications

1+ year of CNC machine operation experience in a millwork or cabinetry setting preferred.

Ability to read blueprints, tape measures, calipers, and understand both metric and imperial measurements.

Knowledge of woodworking materials, tooling, and fabrication techniques.

Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and quality.

Problem-solving ability and willingness to take initiative in troubleshooting.

Forklift certification required (training provided if needed).

Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and stand / walk for 6–10 hours per shift.
