[job_card.job_description]Psychologists and neuropsychologists- sometimes the very provider who diagnosed your client Speech-language pathologists School psychologists Clinical therapists and medication management professionals You guide the treatment, not billing quotas Minimal administrative burden so you can focus on meaningful work Monthly group trainings Cross-department case coordination Mentorship opportunities after one year Supervision hours available CEU stipend and in-house CE opportunities Discounted EMDR / ART training No weekends required Thoughtfully sized caseloads that revolve around client hours- not headcounts Flexible scheduling Optional social events and BCBA community gatherings We value and respect the time you put in; Competitive hourly pay based on experience Full-time (32+ hours) and part-time roles available Full-time employees qualify for comprehensive benefits after the eligibility period Part-time employees are eligible for a a smaller benefit package Medical (3 plans) with up to 75% employer coverage HSA-eligible plan with company contribution Up to $240 wellness rewards Dental and vision insurance Short-term disability insurance Employee Assistance Program (up to 4 counseling sessions) 401(k) with 3% match, fully vested after 6 years $25,000 employer-paid life insurance Professional liability insurance fully covered (1mil / 3mil) In-house CE opportunities with annual CEU stipend Capella University tuition discounts Discounted ComfortFit EMDR / ART training Free Safety Care certification Monthly cross-disciplinary trainings Supervision Hours, if needed 10 paid holidays (full-time) / 5 for part-time PTO paid at billable rate PTO increases yearly, starting at 2 weeks Flexible unpaid personal time Paid parental leave (2 weeks after 12 months of service) Paid mileage between worksites Client reinforcers, toys, materials provided BCBA dinners and annual BCBA social events Develop and update individualized, client-centered treatment plans Create and revise skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols based on data and team input Train, support, and provide ongoing supervision to RBTs Conduct competency assessments and performance evaluations for new and existing RBTs Maintain efficient scheduling and consistent weekly contact with each client and their assigned RBT, maintaining supervision standards Provide personalized caregiver coaching sessions Build strong, collaborative, and trusting relationships with families Complete clear, objective session notes after each visit Write comprehensive monthly progress reports reflecting progress, challenges, and next steps After one year, serve as a mentor to new BCBAs Communicate professionally with clients, families, and colleagues Uphold NBCGs ethical, inclusive, and affirming workplace standards and contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field BCBA, BCaBA, or BCBA-D in good standing Meets BACB supervision standards (supervision available through NBCG if needed) Commitment to assent-based, person-centered ABA Ability to pass a background check Reliable transportation CPR / First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire) NBCG believes that diversity strengthens our community.
