Assessment & Planning
Develop and update individualized, client-centered treatment plansCreate and revise skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols based on data and team inputSupervision & Support
Train, support, and provide ongoing supervision to RBTsConduct competency assessments and performance evaluations for new and existing RBTsMaintain efficient scheduling and consistent weekly contact with each client and their assigned RBT, maintaining supervision standardsCaregiver Support
Provide personalized caregiver coaching sessionsBuild strong, collaborative, and trusting relationships with familiesDocumentation
Complete clear, objective session notes after each visitWrite comprehensive monthly progress reports reflecting progress, challenges, and next stepsLeadership & Culture
After one year, serve as a mentor to new BCBAsCommunicate professionally with clients, families, and colleaguesUphold NBCGs ethical, inclusive, and affirming workplace standards and contribute to a positive, team-oriented cultureMinimum Requirements
Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related fieldBCBA, BCaBA, or BCBA-D in good standingMeets BACB supervision standards (supervision available through NBCG if needed)Commitment to assent-based, person-centered ABAAbility to pass a background checkReliable transportationCPR / First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)NBCG believes that diversity strengthens our community.
