What youll do :

• Draft align and implement Editorial Standards & Practices guidelines and taxonomiesin collaboration with stakeholders including Policy Legal Product and Engineeringto ensure we balance user and business needs within an evolving regulatory and competitive environment.
• Work closely with product and engineering partners to implement Editorial Standards & Practices in our backend recommendation systems in particular with Machine Learning teams for Content safety.
• Create measure and communicate our progress against Editorial Standards & Practices confidently translating strategy and insights for executive audiences and company-wide forums.
